Our History
In 2019, the doctor confirmed a cancer (neuroblastoma)in my 13 years old son , Lucas. He had a metastasis in his belly and neck. They said only 4 months, but we got extend his life for 2 years.
There were several cycles of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, autologous transplant, blood transfusions, surgeries...
It was very important to combine traditional medicine, therapies for stress management, control of anxiety, depression, anguish, fatigue and mood disorders, with:
Meditation, relaxation, music therapy, art therapy, holistic therapies, physical exercises in the hospital, at home or outdoors.
Andressa arrived at a very dark moment in my life, I had a therapist before here, but she did not have any experience with cancer patients, even though she was a good professional. She did not understand my feelings. Dre helped me to understand where my pain came from and how to turn a positive key in my mindset. I am eternally grateful.

Emotional support makes all the difference during the oncology journey.
When a patient is diagnosed with cancer, it is natural to experience a mixture of feelings, such as fear and insecurity. However, if these negative feelings persist during the oncological journey, they can directly interfere with adherence to the proposed treatment and the patient's quality of life.
Psychoanalysis consists of a method of therapeutic study (psychotherapy) through listening. The patient is invited to speak freely (we call it free association). The psychoanalyst is a professional committed to investigating the individual's psyche. From the patient's speech, the analyst is able to understand his psychic functioning and situate his symptom.
Therapy happens when the patient desires to be in that place. It is a welcoming place, with loving listening where you will be heard. The patient will have time for himself, where he will ask all his questions, what makes him anxious, what makes him suffer.
